Client: Preservation Initiatives

This center city high rise is capped with an 18,000 sq. ft. multi-level roof. Cooperson Associates performed roof analysis and design, preparation of construction documents and bid packages. A new two-ply modified bituminous roof system was installed.

New roof drains were installed to facilitate improved roof drainage, in coordination with interior plumbing lines. A new walk pad system was put in place.

Repair and/or replacement details were also prepared for parapets, flashing, street canopy, and vent penetrations.
