The site is located at the confluence of two rivers, opposite the historical Wenfeng Tower. The 4 acre site is planned for two towers that will accommodate a five star hotel and flexible office space. The total building area is approximately 88,000 square meters, which translates into just under 1 million square feet. 700,000 square feet is planned for above grade use and 300,000 square feet +/- is planned for below grade. The multi-purpose space at the base of the towers will accommodate commercial, retail and entertainment functions.
