Client: Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, adjacent to historic Independence Mall, has a 90,000 sq ft multi-level roof. Cooperson Associates reviewed various roof design options with the Owner and subsequently prepared design documents for a complete roof replacement. With a busy, center-city locale, phasing and project logistical procedures were carefully planned and implemented.

Repair and/or replacement details were also prepared for parapets, flashing, street canopy, and vent penetrations.
