Renovations and additions to a small, existing Cape Cod style cottage. The property included the house, a garage, and a breezeway connecting the two.

Work included demolishing the existing garage and erecting a larger pre-fabricated 2-car garage with an enclosed connection to the house. To gain square footage for this petite home a generous front porch was added to extend the depth of the house to accommodate a large dormer on the front of the second floor. This addition gained head room and needed floor space in the bedrooms.
